Ten Awesome Self Care Approaches to improve your Mind, Body and Soul

I constantly hear from my fellow sisters, friends or bloggers that “I am exhausted with life”, “I feel like a bad person/mom”, “I can’t do this anymore, i am giving up”, “I feel burnt out”, “I am so tired”, “I can’t deal with this stress” etc etc.Are you Stressed Out? Do you feel drained of energy? Does everything feel like a non-stop battle?

I also go through some of those myself being a mother of 3 kids, a wife, a home maker, stay at home mom.

Life gets hectic. Out of control. I get those moments when I just want to cry and eat a tub of ice cream in one go.

“I did not get a good night sleep”, “The baby was up all night and I had no sleep”, “my baby is teething and won’t stop crying all day”.

I have been there, heard that. I still have those days with my 2 toddlers.

Let’s FACE IT. LIFE HAPPENS. IT WEARS YOU OUT.

You don’t even have to be a mother to feel burnt out. You can be any woman who has a lot on her plate.

I refuse to let my life wear me down though. I am a fighter. I don’t usually let anyone push me around so why would I let my stress burn me out? I do not like being the one who will give up and just forget

THE SECRET TO LIFTING YOURSELF BACK UP IS “SELF CARE”.

It took me a while to figure this out on my own. No magazines or articles caught my eye until I realized this ultimate truth on my own.

No fairies will come and dust their magic potion one me. I don’t have a “genie in a bottle”. Heck, I don’t even a nanny to help me out.

So how can I still be who I am, and be the caregiver for my kids and tackle life with an IRON FIST?
